Helllow, How are you, I think borre as me this quarentine is deabating us we are going crazy in your house and this is not good for us, se need to see oír friends, breath some fresh air, have sin on our skin, mové, run not staying prisionero in our house, we need to be free, but this quarentine is necessary for all of us because if we want to be healthy we must stay in our houses.
So today I'm writing to tell you about a lot of things you can do when you are in your home, so you a great time and take advantage on the plenty of time you have.
You can start by making exercise, exercise is the easiest way to get distracted in something, it has many advantages, like taking care of your health, stay una good form and have a good time. Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise prevents health problems, increases syrenght, increases energy and can help reduce stress
So thats why I think exercise is a good way to pass by quarentine si I recommend you to exercise daily.
