How to prepare an Omelet

O m e l e t 
Hi everybody, today I’m going to teach you how to prepare an Omelet
INGREDIENTS
2 EGGS
2 cups of  water
 Salt (what you decide)
Dash pepper
1 butter or oil.
Cheese 

STEPS
1.BEAT eggs, water, salt and pepper in small bowl until blended.
2.HEAT butter or the oil in nonstick omelet pan or skillet over medium fire until hot. 
3.TILT pan to coat bottom.
4. POUR IN egg mixture. Mixture should set immediately at edges.
5.CONTINUE cooking, gently moving. When top surface of eggs is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, PLACE filling on one side of the omelet. 
6.FOLD omelet in half. With a quick flip of the wrist, turn pan and INVERT or SLIDE omelet onto plate. 
SERVE immediately.
